Les Davenport -Book Signing and Lecture

"The Last Ute Chief" is Les Davenport's first novel, but not his first venture into writing. Les, a Eureka native, has spent years writing hunting, fishing, nature and travel features for many popular magazines. Plan on having a great evening as Les speaks on his writing experiences. If you know how to knit and purl and are ready to move on, this set of workshops is the answer. Mary McSweeney will cover increasing, decreasing, seaming, reading patterns and adding texture to your fabric knit, all while helping you create a small purse! Cost is $15 for three evenings. Class dates are Monday April 5, Monday April 12 and Tuesday April 20th.
