Forms for making Donations and Pledges - you can print these and fill them in, or come to the library and we will give you the form.
| Upon receipt of your gift, you will receive an acknowledgement postcard, followed by a receipt for tax purposes and the unending thanks of the steering committee, library board, library director and staff. Most importantly, you will be part of maintaining a proud history of opening new worlds of knowledge to all the citizens of the Toulon Library District. |
