Career Center
The Career Center was donated by the Morton Regional Education-to-Careers Partners for Career Awareness and Development, and is to be used for career-related or educational research only. Adult patrons who are looking for jobs, taking online classes, or seeking career or school related information may use the center's resources.
There are three computers available for use on a first-come, first-serve basis, with no pre-set time limit. These computers are open to patrons age 18 and over, and a photo-ID must be submitted when you sign our Career Center policy.
Patrons may not use their own software programs. We offer floppy disks for purchase at $.50.
Located in the Career Center are books on writing resumes and cover letters, tips on how to ace interview questions, as well as additional information on searching for a job online. Patrons can also find books with school information and test taking guides.
Remember to take advantage of our online Employment resources, which can be accessed within the Library, or from home with a Berwyn Library card.
We can also fax your documents to employers and schools for only $1.00 a page (cover sheet is free).
